Summary:	The school is committed to creating a culture of mutual respect, to equip pupils with inter-personal skills e.g. empathy, respect, co-operation, tolerance. The school therefore endeavours in practice and in its ethos to develop a sense of self-discipline in pupils and an acceptance of responsibility for their own behaviour and actions.
