Regional Beginning Teacher Programme
The Regional Induction/EPD team place a high value on motivating and encouraging beginning teachers to achieve their full potential through a process of critical reflection and lifelong learning. Our programme of support seeks to build on the knowledge, understanding and skills of new teacher graduates as they make the transition from ITE into Induction and from Induction into Early Professional Development.
