Further Education Award Arrangement (2013-2014)

The Western Education and Library Board on behalf of the five Education and Library Boards offers a limited number of Further Education Awards each year for full and part-time study for students undertaking courses up to and including Level 3.

The Board has a limited budget for Further Education Awards and consequently funding may not be sufficient to offer an award to every applicant who is successful in obtaining a place on an approved programme of study.



The closing date for applications for fulltime courses is 30 August 2013.  Eligible students who submit an application by 28 June 2013 will be guaranteed funding.

The closing date for applications for part-time courses is 30 September 2013.

 

 

The Western Education and Library Board also administers on behalf of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) for students studying fulltime Further Education  courses at CAFRE.
